General Provisions

The purpose of creating the bevol.com.ua website (hereinafter – the Website) by the company Business Evolution (hereinafter – the Company) is to provide individuals and legal entities (users – persons who have access to the Website via the Internet and use the Company’s Website) with the necessary information about the Company’s activities and to inform them about the goods and services (products) provided by the Company.

The content of the Website is the property of the Company and is protected by the current legislation of Ukraine governing copyright issues. Users of the Website may use its content for personal and non-commercial purposes. Use of the Website content for other purposes is not allowed. The Company does not permit any changes to the content of the Website, nor further reproduction of its content.

Use of the Website by the User signifies their full consent to the Privacy Policy and the terms of processing personal data (personal data – any information that relates directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual (subject of personal data). In order to comply with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” the Company informs the User that after the Company receives their personal data, the User will have the following rights:

• to know the location of the personal data database containing their personal data, its purpose, and designation;
• to obtain information about the conditions for providing access to their personal data;
• to access their personal data;
• to receive, no later than 30 calendar days from the date of request (except as provided by Ukrainian law), a response regarding whether their personal data is stored in any Company personal data database, as well as to obtain the content of their stored personal data;
• to present a substantiated demand objecting to the processing of their personal data;
• to present a substantiated demand for the alteration or destruction of their personal data if this data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;
• to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage due to deliberate concealment, failure to provide or late provision of such data, as well as to protect against information that is inaccurate or discredits their honor, dignity, and business reputation;
• to contact state authorities or local self-government bodies responsible for personal data protection regarding the protection of their personal data rights;
• to use legal remedies in case of violation of personal data protection legislation.

The Company also receives data that is automatically transmitted during the viewing of advertising blocks and when visiting pages:

• User’s IP address;
• Browser type;
• Date, time, and number of visits;
• The address of the site from which the user navigated to the Company’s Website;
• Location information;
• Information about pages visited and viewed advertising banners;
• Information provided by the browser (device type, browser type and version, operating system, etc.).

Purposes of Collecting Personal Data

The Company uses the personal information provided by the User in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine for the purpose of conducting business activities and ensuring the implementation of relations in the provision of services, including:

• improving the quality of provided goods and services (products);

• establishing feedback with the user, including sending notifications and requests related to the use of the Website, provision of services, processing user requests and applications;

Processing and Protection of Personal Data

Processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without time limitations, by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without such tools.

• the user agrees that the Company has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, including courier services, postal organizations, and telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User’s order placed on the Website, including delivery of the order;
• the User’s personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities of Ukraine on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by the laws of Ukraine.
